General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between 7even Ace, trading as 7evenAce (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to order a custom dental creation, such as grillz, via the Seller's website.

2. Description of the Products

The grillz offered are custom artistic creations, handmade from the dental impressions provided by the Customer. Each design is unique and made to order from materials such as silver or gold (on specific request).

Due to the handcrafted nature of the work and the dental variations specific to each individual, the final result may differ slightly from the initial presentation. Such differences cannot constitute grounds for a refund or a claim.

3. Order & Manufacturing Process

  • Order confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, a processing time of 3 working days is required before the impression kit is sent.
  • Custom projects: For a made-to-measure creation (custom grillz or ring), the Seller first creates a 3D mockup of the piece and submits it to the Customer. No manufacturing begins until it has been approved. The 3-working-day processing time before the impression kit is sent then runs from the approval of the 3D mockup.
  • Kit dispatch: The kit is shipped within 4 working days for France, and within 8 working days internationally. It contains everything needed to take your dental impressions, along with a video tutorial.
  • Return of impressions: Any impression returned without an order form or complete information will be put on hold until the situation is resolved.
  • Kit validity: The kit must be used within 30 days of receipt. Beyond that, the quality of the impressions may be compromised, and a new kit may be required.
  • Manufacturing: After the impressions have been received and approved, making the grillz takes 4 weeks on average. This lead time may vary depending on the complexity of the design or the workshop's current workload.
  • Non-compliant impressions: If the impressions are unusable, the Customer will have to order a new kit (unless an exception is granted by the Seller).
  • Product stability: If the piece does not hold well on the Customer's teeth, the use of a dental fixative gel may be recommended.
  • Incomplete order: If no usable impression is received within 4 weeks, the order will be considered abandoned. No refund will be possible.

4. Manufacturing Lead Times

Manufacturing lead times: As the pieces are handcrafted and made to measure, the manufacturing lead time is estimated at a minimum of four (4) weeks from receipt of the impression. This lead time is given for information only and does not constitute a commitment to deliver on a fixed date. Depending on the complexity of the design and the technical constraints of handcrafting, this lead time may be extended. No shipment may be demanded before the end of this minimum four-week period.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included.
Payment is made online, via the secure payment methods available on the website.

6. Delivery

  • Impression kits are sent via a third-party carrier.
  • The Customer is responsible for tracking the parcel using the tracking information provided.
  • Where the carrier indicates a successful delivery, no claim may be made without formal proof of an anomaly.
  • On request, express or insured delivery options may be offered.
  • International deliveries are available.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom creations can be neither returned nor exchanged.
Once the impressions have been approved and manufacturing has begun, no refund can be made.
Returns based on a subjective aesthetic opinion (shape, finish, style) are not accepted.

(Changes to the project at the 3D modelling stage):

As the pieces ordered are made-to-measure and clearly personalised creations, the customer has no legal right of withdrawal once the order has been confirmed and the creation process has started.

If the customer decides to change their project or remove an item from their order once the work has reached the 3D modelling (CAD) stage, the following refund conditions strictly apply:

Design costs retained: As the research, technical design and modelling work has already been carried out for all of the initial items, 70% of the amount of the removed or modified part remains permanently due to the business as digital design costs.

Partial refund amount: The customer may receive a partial refund of 30%, solely on the value of the part or item they wish to remove from their order (for example, on the price of a removed tooth in the case of a two-sided grillz project).

Form of refund (store credit): This partial refund will be made exclusively in the form of store credit (a voucher). This credit will be personal, non-transferable, non-refundable in cash, and valid for 12 months from its date of issue on all future creations of the brand.

Once the 3D stage has been approved by the customer and the physical manufacturing process (wax printing, casting, metalwork, stone setting) has begun, no further changes, cancellations or refunds, even in the form of store credit, will be accepted.

8. Liability & Disputes

  • The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse or inappropriate care of the product.
  • In the event of a disagreement, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first.
  • Failing that, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Seller's registered office is located.

9. Acceptance of the T&Cs

Confirming an order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer acknowledges having read them before making the purchase.
