General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)



Applicable to custom grillz creation services

1. Purpose



These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company 7evenAce (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to order a custom dental creation, such as grillz, via the Seller's website.





2. Product Description



The grillz offered are personalized artistic creations, handcrafted from dental impressions provided by the Client. Each model is unique and made to order from materials such as silver or gold (upon specific request).


Due to the artisanal nature and the unique dental variations of each individual, the final result may differ slightly from the initial presentation. These differences shall not constitute grounds for refund or complaint.





3. Order & Manufacturing Process



  • Order Confirmation: Once the order is validated, a processing period of 3 working days is required before sending the impression kit.
  • Kit Shipment: The kit is shipped within 4 working days for France, and within 8 working days internationally. It contains the necessary items to take dental impressions, as well as a video tutorial.
  • Return of Impressions: Any impression returned without an order form or complete information will be put on hold until regularization.
  • Kit Validity: The kit must be used within 30 days of receipt. Beyond this period, the quality of the impressions may be compromised, and a new kit might be required.
  • Manufacturing: After validation of the impressions, the creation of the grillz takes an average of 4 weeks. This period may vary depending on the complexity of the model or the workshop's current activity.
  • Non-Conforming Impressions: If the impressions are unusable, the Client will need to order a new kit (unless an exception is granted by the Seller).
  • Product Stability: In case of poor fit on the Client's dentition, the use of a dental adhesive gel may be recommended.
  • Incomplete Order: If no usable impression is received within 4 weeks, the order will be considered abandoned. No refund will be possible.


4. Manufacturing Lead Times

 

Manufacturing Lead Times: As the pieces are handcrafted and custom-made, the manufacturing lead time is estimated to be a minimum of four (4) weeks from the validation of the order.

This lead time is indicative and does not constitute a commitment to delivery on a fixed date. Depending on the complexity of the design and the technical constraints related to artisanal creation, this lead time may be extended.

 

No shipment can be demanded before the end of this minimum four-week period.




5. Price & Payment



Prices displayed are in euros and include all taxes (TTC).

Payment is made online, via the secure methods available on the website.





6. Delivery



  • Impression kits are sent by a third-party carrier.
  • The Client is responsible for tracking the package using the provided tracking information.
  • In case of successful delivery indication by the carrier, no claim can be made without formal proof of anomaly.
  • Upon request, express delivery or insured options may be offered.
  • International deliveries are possible.






7. Right of Withdrawal & Refund



In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized creations are neither returned nor exchanged.

Once the impressions are validated and manufacturing has begun, no refund can be issued.

Returns based on a subjective aesthetic opinion (shape, rendering, style) are not admissible.





8. Liability & Disputes



  • The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of improper use or inadequate maintenance of the product.
  • In case of disagreement, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first.
  • Failing this, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Seller's headquarters.






9. Acceptance of GTC



The validation of an order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Client acknowledges having read them before making the purchase.
